According to Ayurveda our bodies are generally naturally healthy. But today's food, air and water; qualities, when taken with our day to day activities, both mental and emotional, our bodies are injected with toxins regularly. The toxicity in our bodies is further exacerbated by our bad relationships, stressful jobs, lifestyles, and lack of spiritual orientation, and these factors increase the formation of AMA (a type of toxin in our body).AMA is the built in toxins, blemishes, by product of indigestion in the body system that gets lodged in the body tissues or dhatus that eventually become the cause and the breeding ground for many of the diseases.
Panchakarma is a broad set of five cleansing therapies (Detoxification Program) and is a personalized 3, 5 or 7 day detoxification and Rejuvenation process, according to individual’s imbalanced state of mind and body, to eliminate the accumulated AMA or toxins.
The process starts by a very broad inquiry into a person’s health and lifestyle history to understand how a person is prone, or vulnerable, to various maladies. Based on this understanding an overall therapy plan is prepared, including pre-therapy supplements, exercises, diet etc., followed by hands-on therapy administration, followed by at home self therapy plan. Panchakarma includes, pre and post care, all meals, personalized herbs and diet, Lifestyle counseling, therapeutic massages, therapeutic sudation (sweating), mild herbal purgation, enemas, personalized yoga and breathing exercise, and meditation, errhine or nasal therapy, eye treatment, back or neck therapy, Shirodhara, personalized Ayurvedic facial (optional) etc. for the specific conditions and imbalances. This process ends with the suggestive yoga postures and breathing exercises for longer time periods
Ayurveda uses the herbs and plants to eliminate the excess or waste in the body and weaken the deficiencies with the principles of the 5 elements. Ayurveda considers the broader energetic effects of the herbs on overall metabolic processes. According to Ayurveda the properties of herbs are related systematically according to their taste, elements, heating or cooling effects, and effects after digestion and other special potencies.

THE DETAILS OF THE 3 DAY IN-HOUSE HEALING REJUVENATION
PANCHAKARMA PACKAGE $395 per day
Prior to the Pancha Karma client is suggested to go through the preparatory process where herbal supplements and internal oleation with medicated herbal organic ghee (clarified butter)and specific diet plan is given to the client for few days according to imbalances.
All the panchakarma therapies are personalized and it is specific to the individual’s constitution and imbalances. All herbs and herbal oils are custom-blended and are all certified organic.
Daily fresh and organic lunches are served and the diet is simple and easy to digest. Packed dinners are also provided for the client to take home. These meals are prepared daily with love and care.
Plan to spend approx. 4 hrs. each day at the Center.
