Beneficial in relieving eye strain, redness and dryness.   Greeva or Uro Basti Therapy uses warm medicated oil to hold for a certain period of time. Greeva and Uro Basti are beneficial for frozen shoulders and release of deep seated emotional blockages.  The process of these therapies is similar to Kati Basti.

Panchakarma is the Ayurvedic detoxification by five cleansing therapies or body purification process. These include Oil Massage, sweating therapies, Nasya, localized bastis, mild herbal enemas and purgatives, along with dietary regimens and herbal supplements, per individual constitution and conditions. Prior to Panchakarma, the client is suggested to go through the preparatory process where herbal supplements and internal oleation with medicated herbal organic ghee and specific diet plan is given to the client 5 to 7 days prior to Panchakarma.  This process of internal oleation, helps expedite and loosen up the deep seated toxins to eliminate during the Panchakarma.

Prior to the Panchakarma, client is suggested to go through the preparatory process where herbal supplements, supplements for internal oleation some lifestyle changes, and specific diet plan is given for 5-7 day according to individual’s imbalances.

All the panchakarma therapies are personalized and it is specific to the individual’s constitution and imbalances. Our organic herbs and herbal oils are custom-blended for each individual.

Daily fresh, balanced and organic vegetarian meals are served and the diet is simple and easy to digest. Packed dinners are also provided for the clients to take home.
